* — Multi-Op SSB subgroups only for radio stations whose operators are under 19 years old.

3. General rules

— The use of publicly available potting assistance (DX clusters and others) is allowed for all entries.
— When SSB is running, self-spotting is allowed (publishing information about yourself on available DX clusters) no more than once every 10 minutes.
— Change bands and modes without restrictions.
— Same station may be worked once per band and per mode (for MIXED entry).

4. Exchanges

The exchanges consist of RS(T) and two (or three) digits — the operator’s amateur radio experience. The length of service is determined by the number of full years that have passed since the first QSO conducted by a personal call sign or on a club radio station. Interruptions in amateur radio activity do not affect the length of service for the control number. The teams of Multi-Op radio stations transmit the average amateur radio experience of the team’s operators (the sum of the experience of all team operators divided by the number of operators).

Radio stations located in museums related to Alexander Popov’s activities will transmit in exchanges not the average age of the operators, but the number of years since the birth of Alexander Popov.

5. QSO Points, Multipliers and Final score

Each QSO scores points as received in contest exchange. Final score is a sum of points for all bands.
All QSOs are counted according to the principle of everything with everyone.
Same station may be worked once per band each mode.
