3. General rules
For all participants:
• the competition time is 6 hours;
• the output power of the participant’s transmitter on any band must not exceed that specified in the license and correspond to the selected category of the competitor;
• there are no restrictions on the number of band changes;
• It is allowed a single signal at any time.;
• it is allowed to use a single callsign;
• the use of assistance or information from unauthorized persons for the purpose of establishing a QSO during the competition is prohibited, except for the use of open networks (DX clusters, local or remote callsign and frequency recognition technology — skimmers);
• Self-spotting (for SSB mode) is allowed.
4. Exchanges
For Russian Contest Club members:
The exchange consists of RS(T), a combination of «RCC» and an RCC membership number. Example 59(9) RCC23 (In the QSO line of the log, the combination of RCC and number are written together, without a space).
The current list of RCC members can be viewed at the link:
https://ua9qcq.com/rcc/index.php
The list will be fixed as of April 30, 2025.
For others:
The exchange consists of RS(T) and the ITU zone number. Example: 59(9) 29.
5. QSO Points
• For QSOs with stations on their own continent — 3 points.
• For QSO with stations on another continent — 5 points.
• For QSO with RCC member stations (transmitting the membership number) regardless of the zone and the continent — 10 points.
With the same correspondent, it is allowed to conduct two QSOs on each band — SSB and CW.
Multipliers
The multipliers for all participants are:
• different RCC membership numbers each mode on each band;
• Different ITU zones each mode on each band.
6. Final score
The final result is defined as the product of the sum of the QSO points on all ranges and the sum of the multipliers on all ranges.
The station with the highest score in its subgroup becomes the winner.
In case of equality of results, preference is given to the participant who has a higher ratio of the number of confirmed QSOs to the number of claimed.
7. General Log Submission Requirements
Logs are uploaded ONLY electronically via the Web interface or by E-mail in the CABRILLO format.
In the subject of the email, specify the file name (callsign only), for example: RA9AP.LOG. or RA9AP.CBR.
Logs other than the CABRILLO format, and only in electronic form (any PDF, Word, Txt file), as extracts from the hardware log indicating all QSO data, are accepted only as a Checklog.
In any case, sending a log, including a «Checklog», is welcome by the organizers, even if only one QSO was held in the competition.
Link to the Web interface for uploading the log:

If it is impossible to download the log file, you can send it by E-mail: rcccup@gmail.com
8. Log Submission Deadline
The deadline for sending the log is May 6 until 23.59 UTC.
9. Awards
Stations that take 1st place in all subgroups are awarded with medals from the Russian Contest Club.
Stations that take 2-3 places in all subgroups are awarded with diplomas in electronic form.
The remaining participants will receive a certificate of participation in electronic form.
Note: all participants, regardless of the place occupied, can order an award in the form of a poster, subject to payment of the award price and the cost of its shipment.
10. Judging
QSOs are not counted:
— if there are distortions in exchanges and callsigns;
— if there is a time discrepancy (except for systematic ones and except in cases where the judges can unequivocally determine that the error is the fault of the correspondent) for more than 3 minutes;
— if the band or mode do not match (except for systematic ones and except in cases where judges can unequivocally determine that the error is the fault of the correspondent).
QSOs with stations that have not sent logs are counted if their call signs occur in at least 3 different logs.
In case of disputes, the decision of the Judicial Committee is final.
